Shipping & Returns
Items in stock will ship without 2-3 business day(s) from the US. Products available for pre-order will ship within the days indicated in the product page. If you would like your order expedited, please select from the available shipping options in the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times will vary based on location and carrier, but within the US, delivery times typically range from 2-10 business days.
Blooh does ship internationally and we advise selecting DHL upon checkout. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when items reach their destinations. These charges will likely vary from country to country and will be the responsibility of the recipient of the order.
Changing shipping method and information after purchase:
If you selected the regular shipping option at checkout but would like to expedite the shipment, or if you need to alter your shipping details, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchase with your order details and the changes you would like to make.
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at email@example.com
If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), please email us immediately requesting a refund or exchange within 7 business days from delivery. Items eligible for refund or exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for items that are not in original condition. Blooh does not take responsibility for item(s) that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Products marked as final sale will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All international orders are final sale.
